What does demo access include?
You can create an account and explore the sample dashboard, including properties, leasing, maintenance, and payment records. The portfolio and people in that workspace are illustrative.
Do I need a credit card to explore?
No. Creating a demo account does not ask for card details or start a paid subscription.
Can I process real rent payments in the demo?
No. The payment area shows sample records and workflows. Live payment processing is not connected.
Where are the monthly rates and plan tiers?
They have not been published yet. We will not show a made-up per-unit price, savings claim, or plan comparison while the commercial offering is still being defined.
Will the demo data become my portfolio?
Not yet. The current workspace uses sample portfolio data to show how the product works; account creation does not set up a production organization.
